He is particularly sensitive to the needs of individuals who
self-identify as gay, lesbian or bisexual as he lost a family member
to the AIDS epidemic. He recognizes that the needs of the gay,
lesbian or bisexual client are indeed unique. Such clients require
not just aggressive legal representation but also compassion,
sensitivity and, in some cases, careful attention to confidentiality
concerns.
The
practice includes representing gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals
in employment discrimination and disability insurance matters, and
drafting cohabitation agreements and equity sharing agreements for
domestic partners, and general and health care powers of attorney for
HIV and AIDS Dementia Complex. His practice also includes
representation of individuals and small businesses in employment,
contractual and personal injury disputes.
He received his legal training working at two of New Jersey’s most
preeminent law firms. While at those firms, he honed his
skills by providing |

regional, national, and international corporations, and now gives
people who self-identify as gay, lesbian or bisexual, as well as other
individuals and small businesses, the benefit of these skills.
He strives to give them the attention, professionalism, and service
that one can expect from large firm attorneys. |
He is admitted to
practice in the state courts of New Jersey and New York, and has
argued cases in state and federal courts as well as before the United
States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is also admitted in
the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Southern
District of New York, and Eastern District of New York.
